Day 1

Morning flight from Entebbe to Kihihi (1.5 hrs). Drive to Bwindi (1 hr). Afternoon at lodge, briefing by lead tracker.

Day 2

Gorilla Trek Day

Early breakfast, briefing at 7am. Trek 2-6 hours to reach the gorilla family. Spend ONE hour with them. Return to lodge for celebration.

Day 3

Bwindi → Kihihi → Entebbe

Morning at leisure or optional forest walk. Transfer to Kihihi, flight to Entebbe for international connection.
